Joan Robinson was a woman whose pride in her Aboriginal heritage inspired and enlightened all who knew her. She was a dedicated member of the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry in Victoria from its inception. Joan Robinson was first and foremost a cherished mother, wife and friend. A woman of principle, who valued honesty above all else, she inspired and challenged perceptions by remaining quietly true to who she was.
